TCS, Infosys & Wipro - The Market Makers
They are the 'Implementation Partners' - winning IT servicing contracts based on their CHEAP H1B workforce. These are the companies that FOSTERES this crooked ecosystem of fake, falsification and forgery.
Based on a news from New York Times, TCS alone received 5,560 H1B visas in 2014. That's only 7.71% of the entire H1B visas granted in that year. Sounds ok, right? But there's a lot more that's never been documented in numbers. These firms are the implementation partners and BORROW H1B workers from other IT consulting firms. Without the help of implementation partners like TCS and Infosys, these IT consulting firms would have never been able to survive.
TCS bids and wins projects just because they are the cheapest. I mentioned it in my post 'H1B is Cheaper'. They are the torch-bearers for hundreds of IT Consulting companies who have mostly H1B workers in their payroll. Even if they don't have enough consultants in their payroll, they borrow from other smaller IT Consulting Companies. These companies are on the top of the food chain. Smaller IT consulting companies wouldn't have survived if they did not have received corp-to-corp contracts from these giants. Companies like TCS and Infosys know all about the fake resumes, OPTs as H1B and proxy interviews.
Therefore, 5,560 H1B workers in TCS' payroll is not the only workers they are employing. There are at least 4-5 times more H1Bs that these companies borrow from other IT Consulting companies.
